1. ADA Compliance
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), I reserve the right to ask the following two questions regarding service animals:

  • Is this a service dog required due to a disability?
  • What tasks is the dog trained to perform?

2. Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
All sales are final. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order—such as damage or another concern—please contact me immediately or within 5 days of receiving your gear. I’m more than happy to assist and make it right. ♥

3. Shipping & Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Once an order is shipped, I cannot make changes, and it is out of my control.
  • If you notice an address error before the item is shipped, contact me as soon as possible via Instagram. While I cannot guarantee I will see the message in time, if I do, I am happy to update the address.

4. Original Designs
All gear is designed and digitized by me. Taking inspiration from them is always okay but, please respect my creative work and do not copy or replicate my designs.


5. Reselling
Do not upsell my gear.


6. Discounted Items
Items marked as discounted are sold with the understanding that flaws are present. These imperfections are reflected in the reduced price.

FAQ

Do you do customs?

Nope, not at the moment! <3 But I do take color requests! Feel free to reach out to me via Instagram to request a color combo you'd like to see in the next pre-made sale. I can't guarantee it'll be included but you may see it in a future sale!

What embroidery machine do you use?

Currently, I use the Brother PE-770.

How long does shipping usually take?

Current shipping time is on the banner at the top of my website.

Could you lower the price if I buy more than one set?

No, my prices are firm and I don't offer discounts for buying more than one set to keep things fair.

Do you make gear for ESAs?

No, I do not make gear specifically for ESAs. I create gear exclusively for Service Dogs. However, if some of my more general items, such as "Do Not Pet," meet your needs, you are welcome to purchase them - as long as they are not used to misrepresent an ESA or pet as a Service Animal.
