1. I reserve the right to ask two questions via the ADA:

- Is that a service dog required for a disability?

- What tasks are they trained to perform?

2. No refunds, returns, or exchanges HOWEVER, if there is a problem with your order such as (but not limited to) damages please reach out immediately or within 5 days of receiving the gear as I'd love to help you <3.

3. Please double check your address before placing an order. Once the order is shipped I can not change it and it's out of my hands. If you ordered, the address is incorrect, and the item has NOT been shipped yet, please reach out as soon as possible via Instagram. I do not guarantee seeing the message before shipping, but if I do, I am happy to change it.

4. Do not resell for more than purchased and do not copy my designs please.

5. Discounted gear is purchased with the understanding that there are flaws.

How long does shipping usually take?

Could you lower the price if I buy more than one set?

No, I don't offer discounts for buying more than one set to keep things fair.

Do you make gear for ESAs?

No, I do not make gear specifically for ESAs. I create gear exclusively for Service Dogs. However, if some of my more general items, such as "Do Not Pet," meet your needs, you are welcome to purchase them - as long as they are not used to misrepresent an ESA as a Service Animal.
